FAQ

What type of certification do your drivers have?

All of our drivers are P.A.S.S Certified. The term standards for Passenger Assistance, Safety and Sensitivity and every non-emergency medical driver should have this. The training involved to obtain this certification covers everything from rider safety to proper techniques used to secure our wheelchair or stretcher bound patients.

On top of this, ALL of our drivers also have their First Aid and CPR training in order to ensure that we put your safety first.
